Did we miss something??

Shane and I drove home from church today and witnessed the fourth family this weekend to move out of our apartment complex. Now that more than half of the townhouses are now vacant, it begs the question, did we miss something? Does everyone know something that we don't? They are really good apartments and we really like the location so we've come to a few conclusions, one it is the end of the semester so everyone who graduated is moving on, two since the apartments have stopped emptying the trash and or watering the lawns the place is kind of looking a little worse for the wear, or three we either scared them all off, they raised the rent, or every one's lease expired at the same time. (The last three all came in as a tie for us) Our lease is up in September and because my work is across the street and Shane's only a few blocks away, we were seriously talking about extending our lease, however now we can't help but wonder why we are one of the few couples left, and why only one new family has moved in in the last couple of months.
