It's alive!

For all of you who read my post earlier this week about my lovely car drama, I just wanted to let you all know it has risen from the dead and deserves a much hyped welcoming back. I was so worried that this car would sit in my parking spot for months before I could do something about it, but have no fear, I had a lifesaver at work today who fixed it for free!!! I'm so grateful, you see, two days before the car went down we had decided to feel it up with gas, while it was still under 3.30 a gallon, and we had also put brand new tires with less than 1000 miles on this thing, so it would have surely been a tragedy to see it retired so early. We are really blessed. Shane and I have been praying like crazy to be able to straighten some things out, he's been struggling to find a job, our cars were on the fritz, and we were getting so stressed out. Well today I think we found the end of that. Shane starts his new job next week, our car is fixed-and actually runs better than it has ever has since I've owned it-, I have a job interview on Monday for a second job, I might be getting a raise at work, and my apartments are talking about lowering our rent! It's been a hard time, we've sure gone through the ringer, but I came out screaming and laughing with joy today because all in all it was a wonderful day. We can't be more blessed than this. Well maybe... but we'll just leave it at that.
