My Amazing Mom...

My mom just came to visit us this weekend in Boise. It was a very quick visit but it was so wonderful to have her here. She was doing flowers for a friend's wedding. For those of you who know my mom, she is amazing at everything she does especially flowers and weddings. In fact my mom did my entire wedding, right down to making my wedding dress. I think the only thing I did to contribute was my invites and say yes or no.

These are the arches my mom did for the wedding in my grandparents Beach's backyard, also the bouquet, bridesmaids skirts, and my niece, Kylee's dress.
Here she did the flowers and the cake with the help of my brother-in-law, Michael.

I told you she is amazing. Here are some pictures of the wedding flowers she did last night, I don't think the bride had the best of taste in her choices, but as always my mom made it work. Here are the greenery floral arrangements for the end of the church pews that the bride had asked for, now if you ask me they need some color. But the bride loved them so that's all that matters.A close up of the greenery.

Here are the bridesmaids bouqets of flowers. Her colors were blue and green. Again I'm not a fan but I love the way my mom put pearls in the star flowers.

This is the centerpiece that sat on fifteen of her tables.

And lastly because my mom is a kid at heart, she joined Shane and I in a game of Guitar Hero. We had so much fun.
