As of today, I've been actively working hard on my "Biggest Loser" achievements for one month. I've exercised 25-30 days and for a minimum of an hour each day, most averaging to an hour and a half. I'm discouraged however, because I haven't been able to see my results yet and as of today gained weight. It was only .4, so I'm still grateful to be under 200 lbs. right now but today I feel as if all of my efforts are wasted. Luckily today is a new week and I can get back on track.
