Layoff Update!

Well it's been a eight days since I was told of the upcoming layoffs and they have still not happened. That would be fine if I didn't have to have it holding over my, wondering when it's going to happen. Well the said employee asked me last night if "we were going to get laid off" because we were so slow and it took me by surprise because I didn't want to lie but at the same time have no place to tell her the truth and so all I could say was I don't know what the plans are, or if there are any. Not completely a lie. This is slowly killing me!!
