Thankful!

I'm so very grateful today because I have a job and my husband has a job! Today Chrysler announced that they were closing 789 dealerships across the United States! Only 3 are to be closed in Idaho and none of which are in the Treasure Valley, therefore keeping me safe yet again through all of this turmoil and mess. It also guaranteed my sister a job further. In fact, not one of Larry H. Miller's Dealerships will be affected at this time. I have to say thanks to my lovely sister who got me started at Miller because without her I'd probably still be looking for a job after the collapse of Mervyn's! It's been a very long year, and I'm so grateful that things have turned out pretty decently thus far.

****Some background, one year ago this month my dealership was solely a Dodge dealership. We purchased Chrysler and Jeep and traded Pontiac, Buick, and Cadillac with another local dealer. Aren't we glad we did, because dealers being closed are those that only sell portions of the Chrysler brand. Plus Larry Miller was able to unload Pontiac, Buick, Cadillac which also appears to be a sinking ship!****
