First there was 3...

Shane and his younger twin sisters lived together in Rexburg while they all attended college. When Shane met me, three quickly became four. On our first date, both Shane and I were totally digging each other and the getting to know you talks that we didn't want to end the evening. He decided to take me back to their place and introduce me to his sisters. We played Rummi-Kub well into the night and the rest was history as we all became fast friends. Life continued and we all went our separate ways, Chelsea to Blackfoot, Shane and I to Utah and Summer to Boise. It wasn't until we all reunited in Boise for a time that Summer took four and made it five. Chad joined our little group and we went on several outings together for meals. Shortly after Chelsea moved to Utah and is taking our five to a total of six! We met Sterling for the first time this last weekend at our Grandma's funeral. We had a great time getting to know one another. We chose to have dinner at Old Chicago (only after The Cheesecake Factory made us wait forever and seated others before us) then we hit up Golden Spoon and then crashed Summer and Chad's place to play Chelsea's newly acquired Rummi-Kub. It was back to the old days with two new family members and it was fantastic. We had such a great time. We've noticed that playing board games is the best way to bring out other sides of people.

...sometimes not the side you wanna see though! (I'm always SO competitive in games...of course...I dominate!)

Sounds like a blast. That's great that you feel so close to your in-laws....That doesn't happen for everyone, and we're lucky to have great ones!
