After a long year of struggling to lose weight and never hitting more than ten pounds lost (even with a personal trainer) I finally found the secret to my success and am dropping the weight like flies! It was all in my nutrition... hmm... now why didn't I think of that? I eat badly, and I eat a lot. When I had a personal trainer they sat me down and gave me a guideline of what to eat and how much to eat, and guess what, SURPRISE-SURPRISE, it works! I'm counting every calorie I eat. This means plain (unbuttered, unsalted) popcorn, this means no mayo on homemade turkey burgers, this means one glass of juice and then one glass of water with a meal instead of a whole pitcher of juice, and sadly this means no more of my beloved pizza!
