Tomorrow

We've been waiting for tomorrow to come for two weeks now (looking back it feels like so much longer). Tomorrow we are going through a lender to see what we can be pre-approved for on a house. We decided having a space all our own, not to mention an actual bedroom for our baby, couldn't hurt us in the long run and might make the adoption homestudy more bearable. Our lender is great. We contacted her two weeks ago and she decided we'd be better off waiting until the beginning of the month to ensure that all credit has been reported so that we can get the most accurate score. So we waited. What this means for us... either we are approved for the amount we desire and can close on one of the 18 houses I've looked at for the past two weeks and push the homestudy back until we are closed and moved in or we can jump head first into the homestudy tomorrow and get things rolling quickly. So again, we wait! My fingers are crossed.
