I have three step brothers and three step sisters. Did I ever mention that? My youngest step brother just came home from his mission on Wednesday. He served in California. I've always felt like I did not do enough of being a sister to my other six siblings and wanted desperately to change that. Family has always been so important to me, and is becoming even more so as I am starting my own family. So even though I live four hours a way, I jumped in the car early Sunday morning and headed to Utah. We arrived and I watched Wesley give his homecoming talk (which by the way was a stellar talk, I just love returned missionaries because they just move you). We arrived about thirty minutes before his talk, hung out in town for a little less than five hours, and then hit the road again. All in all we made a thirteen hour trip. We got home and we were exhausted but it was so worth it. The one thing I wish I could change is being closer to all of my family. I wish we all lived within two or three hours-(max) of each other because the best memories and best times of my life have been while spending time with my family.
-We love you and miss all of you and HINT, HINT: we all need to move closer!
