Interviews

We had our individual interviews yesterday. We were both so nervous and hesitant because we were worried about saying the wrong thing but after our interviews we shared notes and realized we answered almost identically. Then there was the problem of one of the states not completing their background checks in a timely manner (they actually mailed a copy on April 20th but it apparently got lost in the mail) and so after some much needed pestering from us we got results. We got a phone call today and sure enough we are ready for the homestudy. We scheduled it for next Tuesday morning. Now comes the cleaning and re-cleaning and re-cleaning again. After the homestudy we will look forward to the phone call informing us that we are approved and then we can get out there and get online. We are both very positive about this process and aren't intimidated by the waiting as much anymore.
