March 2005

I finally have time to scrapbook again.  I'm so picky and change and rearrange items and pictures a lot and so pages take me a long time to complete.  Because of this and because I only scrapped pictures I wanted to at the time instead of in any real order, it was always hard to remember what I had already done.  I'm starting over.  Luckily I don't have to throw away chunks of paper and try to peel the pictures off without ripping them.  In order to know where I'm at, I've decided to start with mine and Shane's books for 2005.  I'm going month to month and when I complete 2005 then I will move onto another time period.  It's always so fun to go back and look at old pictures.
Here is the entire month of March.  We didn't really get much from that much as we met halfway through it.

The back story for these pictures:
On the night of our first date, Shane took me back to meet his twin sisters.  I fell in love with them instantly.  They had this zest for life that was so contagious and they loved to have fun and laugh.  They had two home teachers at the time and each of them liked one.  We decided to fill Kurt's house with cups so that he couldn't get through his door.  We bough black t-shirts and had nicknames ironed on the back from the place I was working at the time.  We woke up early in the morning and went to visit Shane at work before we broke into Kurt's apartment, literally.  (With a credit card might I add)  Once inside, we shut the door, turned on his music and started filling cups up with water.  We then rearranged some decorations someone had left on his door and made our own to add to the mix.  We left and waited for Kurt to come home.  Kurt was a real good sport about it and in his attempts to get rid of the water, just dumped them down the balcony of his third level apartment.  He never got even though.  In retrospect, this prank could have gone a completely different way had he not been a good sport.
