Meridian Dairy Days Parade

I had a chance to be involved with our local FSA this last weekend.  We were in a local parade.  A float was constructed and we all walked together as friends.  Our hopes was to spread the wonderful world of adoption and the blessings associated.  I think for some, our point may have gotten across.  For others, however, I think our message was lost.  We were lined up two floats behind the Humane Society floats.  Coincidentally, many believed we were there supporting adoption of animals instead of wonderful little kiddos.  I really enjoyed the chance to be involved and look forward to future events.  It sure keeps my heart uplifted in the downtime.
