Calling all Readers and Friends!

My mom and I felt that we needed to find something to do with each other that involved something fun and creative. I've done some research on various activities and have decided to do a Getting to Know You Swap. Some of you may have heard of these if you have friends in the blogging world but if not here's the jist.

It's simple, if you want to be a participant I ask that you choose at least four objects (more if you'd like) that describe you and that someone else would be able to enjoy. Depending on how many people are interested will depend on how many people we have to exhange with. One item should be of a spiritual or uplifting nature. One item should be a favorite recipe. The last items are yours to choose. Please be creative and have fun. Some of the items you can include are things you've made, something you've bought, they can be old or new as long as you are willing to share something about yourself and remember it's best to send something you wouldn't mind recieving from your exchange partner.

Want to get to know someone? Please email me at brittneegropp@gmail.com. I will only be allowing emails until January 18th (that gives you two weeks to get involved) Please tell your friends, and tell your friends to tell their friends. If I don't know you that's even better because then we can get to know each other! What I need from you in the email is... your name*mailing address*a little something about yourself! That's all I need and we will get started. I will send instructions to those that are interested by January 20th! You will then have one month to gather your supplies and decide what to send. If you participate your package must be postmarked by February 20th. I will send emails as reminders the week before the deadline.
Once you recieve your package be sure to email me photos so that I can post them here for all to enjoy if you'd like.

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments leave them here or feel free to email me at brittneegropp@gmail.com! Have fun, I hope you are excited to participate.

if you really want to be healthy and lose weight you have to trust me and find a way to afford it.
After i'm sure you have been on ever pill and whatever else you have tried and spent tons of money on things that don't work. You won't be sorry and I promise you will see results. You can even use my information to login to the website and order. You have to try the monavie juice it is $35.00 a week if you drink 4oz a day or you can drink 2oz a day and one bottle will last you for two weeks. You will still get really good results if you decide to drink 2oz a day.
You want to order one case (4 bottles) because it is cheaper that way. One case is $130.00 and shipping is really cheap.
I promise cuz I have done and seen a lot of other nutritional drinks and stuff and nothing works.
I have never seen anything like the monavie juice and the more I learned about it the more I loved it. The more I drank it the more I loved it. I get nothing out of you ordering it so it's not a sales pitch or anything. I lost weight while I was drinking it and that was not my goal, I just wanted to be healthier. Considering what is in it it is way affordable. You can't eat like that no matter how much money you have.
If you watch Oprah Dr. Oz talks about all the friuts that are in it and how much you have to eat and you also can't get most of these exotic friuts at the store.
It is amazing how much it works and how healthy you can be. I lost weight and have kept it off no matter what I eat. I could go on for hours. Go to monavie.com or youtube.com (monavie) and check out everything. If you decide to do it I will email you my information and tell you how to order it. You should go to a dr. and have a blood test done also and have your thyroid checked.
That's always a good start.
You could also go onto Oprah's website and she had everything for being healthier. It costs a lot but, worth it. Dr. Phil has a really good book and program also.
Dr.Phil helps you get to the bottom of the emotional weight too. ok, good luck. Leslie

Hi sweetie. This week I have been walking on the treadmill. I had a personal trainer who helped me with a program and it really works. It all comes back to "good" calories in....bad calories out! I start on the treadmill. Walking for 5 minutes at 3.7. Then alternate 1 min of jogging at 4.5 back to walking at 3.7. Do this for 45 minutes 4 times a week. I am telling you...you will feel so good. I will let you know of a great lunch "burrito" that is full of nutrients and really good too.
Love Lisa
