In just one week, Shane and I have our first adoption meeting. I remember when we sat down and started discussing this at this exact time last year after learning that we would have to try fertility aides and then learning those didn't work either, and could never imagine that we have come this far. This decision took a lot of growth for Shane and I and we are so grateful to have the experience and can't wait to share it with y'all.
We are also realizing that school starts in just two short months. We've now sat out for the greater part of two years and are very nervous going back. We are only taking six credits each and only one live class. The benefit of starting in the Summer is that we are taking one class for eight weeks, and then the other for the last eight weeks of the semester. I've been majoring in Visual Arts and Photography and Shane is seeking Math degree so that he can teach high school. It's been a long road and we are also grateful to start back again.
And since my darling cousin introduced me to the wonderful world of Digital Scrapbooking, in which I've been able to use my photography and editing techniques, I've reached my fiftieth page made! I've really enjoyed this hobby mostly because of the memorabilia. I'm a very memory based person. I remember everything. I remember my first kiss right down to date and what I was wearing. I remember a vivid detail from when I was eight years old on my birthday. I remember all of the past addresses of homes we've lived in dating back to 1998 (my mom sometimes calls me to remind her). I can remember phone numbers of friends from the late 90's. This hobby helps me use that memory and capture it forever for anyone to look at and is so much fun. I love sharing my pages and hope you all find some fun things. I'm a no holds back kind a girl when it comes to pictures and so some of them are a real treat. Enjoy.

Hey, its me again. I wanted to tell you about this website I love: www.thedailydigi.com . I don't know if you have heard of it. It is actually a blog and everyday it has something new about the digi scrap world. There is also a thing called the digi files that you can by once a month for $5 that has stuff from all different designers. It is cool and a great resource for new digi scrappers. Anyway, just a FYI.
