Yesterday Shane and I got up early and took the ground running, quite literally. We got in the car and drove to beautiful Ann Morrison Park and hit the Boise River Greenbelt to get our daily running in. 
Shane and I have been working on a program called Couch to 5K, to help me get into shape for my half marathon in June and to help us lose the weight. Wow is it working more than we could have ever imagined. Not only are we seeing inches falling off but we have found ourselves feeling so much better throughout the day because running is the one exercise that you can't cheat yourself on.
It was a beautiful overcast morning probably in the upper 40's and low 50's, so we donned our UnderArmor, running shoes, and Ipod's set to rock and took off. We are in week four-ish of the running plan and so we were able to see some vast improvement from week one.

that is wonderful! glad you are sticking with it too. that is nice that you can do it together.
What is the Couch to 5K?? It sounds like a good workout. That's awesome you are going to run a half marathon in June. I really should run one but I am lazy. :)
