Shane's birthday is August 28th and mine is September 10th, only 14 days apart. Shane always has a tendency to overspend and buy lavish gifts and then I always try to get even. This year we decided to reign it in and buy one big gift for the both of us. Lucky for us, Shinedown (one of our new favorite bands) was coming to the Knitting Factory in Boise in September. Without Shane's permission I bought the tickets in July and then told him we weren't celebrating our birthdays this year.
We absolutely loved the concert. Shinedown was headlining and Adelita's Way, Cavo, and The Sick Puppies were all there. It was a great show. I couldn't believe how lucky we were to have them come here to Boise and have such great priced tickets.
