Shane and I spent our Valentine's Day with my boss and his wife. We get along great and have a lot in common except for the obvious factors, being my boss, being almost twice my age, and having kids. We first went out to dinner. It was an hour and half wait at Texas Roadhouse at 4:00pm, so we decided to drive to Goodwood Barbecue instead. A good choice if you ask me because the food was great. We ate and chatted the night away until it was time to go to the Boise State vs. Utah State Basketball game. We cheered our little hearts out and watched our Broncos take the cake. We won 66-56 and ended Utah States 19 game winning streak. (What gets better than that) It was a great night and wonderful to spend it with some good friends. At the end of the night I did find myself asking will this be our last Valentine's alone?

I'm still really impressed about your work trip, even if it didn't go super smoothly. I also think it's cool that you get along well with your boss. That's a really important factor in any job. :)
