Best Day Ever!

Today started out totally crummy.  We were hit with bad news and I really needed a pick-me-up.  We've definitely had a string of blessings these last few days and so I silently hoped something positive would come my way.  Sure enough, better than I'd ever hoped, I got the best news of my life!  I only have one semester left of college!  I get to graduate.  As long as the registrar likes my transcripts, I will graduate in December 2010!  It's only taken me 6 years of off and on school to get here.  We totally lucked out because CWI changed their requirements for transfer credits this catalog year and because they did this, they picked up more of our credits.  I was on cloud nine.  I told everyone that would listen and I'm sure my co-workers think I'm crazy.  The bad news is that because I only found out today and school starts in about 4 weeks, most of the classes were taken and so I got stuck into a Brief Calculus class that I'm hoping doesn't ruin my graduation with honors.  We shall see.  The application goes in the mail tomorrow and then I just have to wait to be approved, pass a test, and presto I am a college graduate (if only it were that easy).
